Tuesday, March 19 Illinois and Ohio Primaries
A Note About President Trump’s “Establishment” Endorsements:
We have seen several perplexing Donald Trump endorsements this campaign cycle. Why does Trump choose an establishment-aligned candidate over a proven grassroots conservative candidate? Some of these endorsements can be explained by the difficult and narrow path Trump is treading in order to secure his primary objective: winning his party’s nomination, holding the divided Republican Party together, and going on to win the general. Second, Trump’s goal as president is to have a Republican majority House and Senate, and third, Trump wants to help the most MAGA candidates get elected. Unfortunately, Trump sometimes has to compromise in this last category --whom he endorses-- in order to achieve the first two goals: winning the general and Republican control of Congress.
In other words, sometimes Trump obviously determines he has to play ball with the D.C. uniparty if he is going to win in November. That might result in Trump declining to endorse in a race, or even endorsing the less committed MAGA candidate if he wants to motivate the uniparty to mount a serious Get Out the Republican Vote in a state. So, while Trump’s endorsement is powerful, it is not always the clincher for conservatives.
Illinois CD-12: Darren Bailey The 12th Congressional District is one of those races where President Trump endorsed the establishment Republican over the authentic MAGA candidate Darren Bailey. We recognize President Trump has to negotiate with party insiders as he continues to remake the GOP back into a party of and for the people. In CD-12, however, the better candidate is not the longtime Republican incumbent. The better candidate, one who can easily win this Republican seat in November, is Darren Bailey.
Darren Bailey pledges to fight to finish Trump’s border wall, protect the right to life and our Second Amendment rights, and support energy independence and Illinois’ oil and gas industries.
Vote for Darren Bailey – he will be a solid vote for the America First agenda in Congress.

Ohio Primary Races
Ohio Senate: Bernie Moreno In this three way Republican primary, two MAGA candidates, Bernie Moreno and Frank LaRose, are pitted against an establishment Republican Matt Dolan. Conservatives in Ohio differ over who is the better conservative, Moreno or LaRose. Moreno has lined up a long list of powerful endorsements including President Trump, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, and multiple conservative Congressmen and Senators such as Senator Rand Paul. Moreover, Moreno, a wealthy businessman, can self-finance his campaign which is especially helpful since the RNC is in a financial shortfall and Democrats will fight hard in the general to hold this Senate seat.
MAGA voters should coalesce around Moreno on Tuesday. Don’t risk splitting the conservative vote in the primary and nominating the uniparty candidate.

Ohio CD-04 Jim Jordan Congressman Jim Jordan is well known as one of the most conservative members of Congress. Jordan’s policy positions from taxes to energy, from the border and immigration to pro-life and parental rights, from the Second Amendment and the military to agriculture align with the America First agenda.
Jim Jordan is the Chairman on the House Judiciary Committee, one of the most important committees in Congress, and serves on the House Oversight Committee.
